The house offers three large kitchens, three spacious dining areas and three cosy living rooms in addition to a games room and communal room serves as a very versatile room which can be used for a range of purposes – a large dining area to accommodate up to 20 people+, cinema room or simply a relaxing sociable communal area. It also includes a piano for musical nights, a built-in state of the art Sony WI-FI compatible projector and French doors opening out into the grounds. There are 10 spacious bedrooms with flexible bed layouts and 10 bathrooms. The property can comfortably sleep 20-28 people with an additional 10 people if required, taking it up to a maximum occupancy of 38. The bedroom-suites offer super king sized beds with single beds and a comfy lounge suite. All bedrooms include flat screen TV’s, sleek walk-in power showers in every en-suite and beautiful furnishings. For the romantics there is a large bedroom suite with dressing area, bathroom and lovely Juliette balcony. ALL 38 GUESTS DINE TOGETHER IN THE ORANGERY
